Business Operations Analyst

Saturn Terminal works with farmers, crop insurers, and produce buyers. Each of those relationships runs on different numbers, different paperwork, and different timelines. We need someone who can hold all of it and turn it into something we can steer by.

What you will do

• Build and maintain the reporting that tells us how the business is actually doing
• Own the operational side of grant programs, including SWEEP and EQIP eligibility and documentation
• Model pricing, unit economics, and the cost of serving different customer types
• Tighten the processes between sales, onboarding, and support
• Prepare analysis for leadership, investors, and partner conversations

What we are looking for

• Experience in business operations, strategy, or analytics, ideally at an early stage company
• Real fluency with spreadsheets and comfort getting data out of source systems yourself
• Ability to turn a messy question into a clear answer with a number attached
• Written clarity. Most of your output will be read, not presented

Nice to have

• Background in agriculture, insurance, or a regulated industry
• Experience with government grant or subsidy programs
